The Ghost

As quickly as i enter your life, I disaper into the shadows and out of
your life. One day i am your friend, next thing i am just another soul
as you pass me on the street.
You accuses me of never listen, you say i never pay attention. But what
you don't know is that i listen way to often. I see you crying, i know
why you are falling apart but by the bonds of humanity I can't do anything
I feel other peoples misery, i feel like a ghost. A faceless being forced
to be happy. You claim i am a monster. you say i am evil, but if you are
looking for the guilty party you must only look in a mirror. For if you
look inside your heart you will finally see who the real monster is.
