A Meditation

By FearlessDragon

Let the waters cool with the air of remorse

Not joy, nor sorrow

Allow the crispness of the salty breeze
To fill your lungs and spirit

Close your eyes and meet the ocean waves

Tumble freely
As the sands wrap you in their touch

Wash ashore anew
Bathe your body in the sunlight

Absorbing every ray
Your life line is getting fuller

Breathe...

Dont think!

Feel...
