angel wings

By the broken

black feathers
skin to bone
child left
all alone

hell is crying
death is allaround
child is dying
on the ground

black wings
angel sings
darkest one
devils fun

nobody
can understand
why innocent blood
is spread on this land

why on the childs back
is what angels lack
and what humanity seems to attack
wings that are so very black

now smile while you hurt

The trueness rings loudly in this piece. The world is cruel, and with no reprieve. I love the way you put that into words. Great job. Brava!
