A Dark Compassion
By LOKI
One of the hardest things in life
Is containing your self
when you want to hurt someone
create for them a hell
Its coursing through your veins
your blood starts moving faster
You want to manifest
their pain
Engage in their disaster
My hands begin to tremble
the beast with in awakes
Provoked by anger
Fueled by hatred
Pain is the demonstration
Its not about revenge
its not self-satisfaction
Its protecting the one's you love
no matter what
Its compassion

If I don't display my anger I gnaw on it. If I do display my anger I feel guilty and gnaw on that too. Can't win. Great write. JD
