Delusory

By unspeakable truth

Cascading rain
Affixed with pain
Displaced motives
It’s all quite insane

Seeking to find
Where went the mind?
While the purpose seems shattered
Did anything ever really matter?

The emptiness to easily filled
With handfuls of pills
Maybe the added thrill
Of some follow up chasers
Exquisite erasers

Upon crystalline screams
Browns increasing disenchanted dreams
Suffocating on that yellow submarine
Weaving through four leaf clover smoke screens
Jelly bean thrusters
Amidst the red and blue clusters
Tragically dusted
Totally encrusted

Fat Albert’s death dropped by
As the fast white lady started to cry
The hawkers wear no shrouds
While the masses continue to dance chasing clouds

One’s perception
The biggest deception
Setting the tone
Damn listen to those moans

They infuriate
Medicate to negate
Satiate and reiterate
Try to decline
All to fast pushing rewind
Days become swallowed
Bodies left more hollowed

You see them as waste
Everything is just misplaced
Sides skirt the blame and shame
Pushing guilt to full tilt

No one can save
They fight the crave
The sorrow shows in your eyes
All the while they beg to die

See the promising sky’s done fell
Leaving a sickly shell
Waiting for some answers
Peace among disaster

This rapid heartbeat song
Fuck it went on wrong
There is no one left around
What a deafening sound...

this was incredible, from start to finish. Like an adventure through a sensory overload. I love this.
