Changes

By Bloodofdeadpoets

People look at me different because of my violent tendencies
In which no one knew about until I destroyed my enemies
Now I walk along with no sense of fear in my heart
Because I know in an instance my life can depart
So what sense does it make to fear death’s wrath
Because whatever way you choose still leads to his path
So the best thing to do is weather the glass storm
Because once you make it through you will reform
Even though the cuts burn and sting like none before
Just making it through you will be able to awaken once more
And when you awaken you will be a thousand times more wise
Because now your vision is clear no longer clouded by lies

There is something unique to this I can't pinpoint...a way of speech, a mode of message...I can't quite distinguish. Encouraging...in an older sibling kinda way.

An original perspective on an old issue is a rare thing indeed. Well done. Eloquently put.
