beautiful atrocity

By verablue

She lifts a smile with her eyes
Pale blue, ice blue synchronized
Lies in a dry molecular stream
Free from distance liquid screams

Words that flow
Words that poke and sting
Lash out into the silence
Climb into the unbelieving breaking point to faith
And denial

Electric
Eccentric
Taste the bitter steel ambition
Music that flows through veins
Your beautiful atrocity

Sting a little towards the end of the tunnel
Fluorescent descending like poison
I am
A lonely cry beside my empty bed
Lead or morals
Sucking in false to be free
Chemical daydream

Straightened strands
Cells of experience
Experiments become complete in the mind
A reaction to the greater lie

This rips through your skin
Through your pores
A poison too enlightening to ignore
Too knowing to learn anything more

Pieces break
Shape shift
A puzzle so hard to put together again
Power surges pump up my mind

Words that flow
Words that sting
Lash out into the silence
Climb to a breaking point

Electric
Eccentric
Taste the steel ambition
Taste the music in your veins
Taste the life
Taste my games

Another work of yours that has that unstoppable lyrical flow. Short, sharp shocks of delicious poetic electricity.
