Wandering Jest
By A_Puppet_Show
In the valley,
he found his toy,
that of a heathen,
Woe me! eyeless I am,
none will meet them,
the toy wept and spoke:
Lost in me the gods,
shackles on my feet,
lost in me the gods,
shackles on my hands,
lust in us o' god!
you on my lips ..
In the valley,
he broke his toy;
free then lips,
hands and feet,
away heathen!
eyes saw more,
all will meet them.

*smiles* I quite like this piece...its soft and yet hard at the same time. It was in Dune that "God created Arrakis to train the faithful" which is a good idea in itself. But this piece deals with more than that...

The fallen fall by the wayside, but its more of a gift, the gift of seeing new places with new eyes. this piece is truly amazing full of grace and wonder...

Sometimes you scare me. Be it eden, Arrakis or maybe Kings Dark Tower. I thought of Arrakis last while writting it, but I just bought the T.V version (sequal) a few days ago so this kind of made my jaw drop.

Like being placed back in the days of old. A LOTR quality to it. I also loved how it flowed off my tongue as I read it. Great job. Julia~
