"Two Way Mirror"
By happilydepressed
There’s a cold dark stare being cast into my direction
I see your face in my reflection
You’re standing on the other side of the mirror
So far yet so near
You look into my eyes
My face is your disguise
My death is your demise
Your life ends when mine dies
You reach out to my face
But you’re in a different place
In my reflection you hide
Looking through from the other side
I can feel your stare
Looking in on me through a two way mirror
I shatter the mirror and walk through
I left my side to be with you
Behind me I left a hole
But now at least myself is whole

I really like the concept of this poem, getting to the other side of the mirror is something I've allways dreamt of doing
