...Epiphany of the misplaced

By SolApathy

Sins of a love languished by time
Ignored and placed in a pretty rhyme
On display for someone to contemplate-
This is the scene I portray for you -Reader of this entrancing hymn
Trapped forever in a stitch of time

Ravaged by the feeling that somehow
It’s supposed to have deeper meaning
Wishing a single verse would spark an epiphany
Of something misplaced
Staring you right in the
…Face

All are ways to invite anyone to just stop and take a good look, elsewise we might miss out on a diamond in the rough. Shorter than what you normally do, but very attention grabbing, love.
