...Pierce

By SolApathy

.Pierce

Something dark in my dreaming
Screaming
Can’t’ escape the terror of my mind
In an instant
Blind
Crippled by fear
Something far darker than my own thoughts
Near
Lie in my bed
Paralyzed
Awake
Knowing it is still here
Escaped from my nightmare-dream?
In my room
Can’t be seen
Feeling it’s breath
Caressing my neck
A sharpened nail
Piercing the veil
Dream or reality
I can’t decide
Frozen
Nowhere to hide
My heartbeat echoes my fears
Pounding so furious
Praying for death
Torturing me every night
Fearing the darkness that is
...My life

...Thank you so much, there are fears that people don't understand....You shouldn't try; just accept they exist and do what you can to help them survive their fears.
