Ironwood

By HeadpatSlut

East of Asgard lies a wood that hides the darkest Doom,
Where the trees bear not one leaf, in deathly silence loom,
In Ironwood, there dwells a wraith who scribes the darkest Rune,
All her sons are born as wolves, nursed on blood of stars-
Those kin to Fenris lie in wait, they live on mortal scars-
Torrent winds shall tear the Earth, and Frost shall quick consume-
These great black wolves shall herald it, when Ragnarok comes soon-
Be-speckle the skies in both Heaven and Earth with the blood of the Maiden called Moon.
