Entropy
By Maladroit
Pick-pocketed courage
an approach
I have seen you seven times
now
Each time I stood still
willing the clocks to stop long
enough
to bask in the churning pot of evil
to categorize your
smell
to visualize you crying
at my inevitable
indifference
We
all have different boiling points
you would cook my tolerance to
mush
and I would watch you grovel
remonstrate
the expiration
date
of this relationship
Sirens sleep in sheets of solitude
spooning buckets of chaos
where pervious hearts bob at the surface
gasping out airy lullabies
for the fickle

fascinating. I love the tone, the disdain of the one who seems to have the control in the relationship...

The brutal honesty makes this piece drive itself thru the psyche of the reader. Excellent work.

I love how this is both angry and beautiful at the same time. And by the way, you are gorgeous.

Oh, my. New Favorite. I loved this, and I know exactly how it feels. Weary for the wanting of a heart done withered. Excellent work.

I would let you eat me alive because something grand would come from the groveling. Please, stick around.
