The Nightmare of Schizophrenia

By Melancholic VIncent

sHe dreamt he was a person
sHe dreamt he was a phantom

sHe dreamt he was a loner
sHe dreamt he was a lover

sHe dreamt he was a friend
sHe dreamt he was a foe

sHe dreamt he was a freeman
sHe dreamt he was a madman

sHe dreamt he was a patient
sHe dreamt he was a psycho

sHe dreamt he was a doctor
sHe dreamt he was delirious

sHe dreamt he was insane
sHe dreamt he was an inmate

sHe dreamt he was a saint
sHe dreamt he was a bane

sHe dreamt he was a child
sHe dreamt he was a waif

sHe dreamt he was a wisher
sHe dreamt he was a sinner

sHe dreamt he was a killer
sHe dreamt he was a ripper

sHe dreamt he was stubborn
sHe dreamt he was a stabber

sHe dreamt he was raped
sHe dreamt he was a raper

sHe dreamt... and sHe thought...
sHe would be...
All of this
But none of this was real

Then we have that in common. Hope you managed to cope with that hell. Even if we don't want to, we end up knowing the disease even if it's just a familiar that has it... Thanks for your support.

ep, someone must get loss with all the confusion, with all the extra identities... Last time i talked to my mom, she said she was a psychiatrist that studied in Cambridge, although she never even been there... These people, they create all these hypothetical situations which are not hypothetical to them and live a hundred different lives all at once, and maybe the brain can't take it... i could go on trying to describe this, but in the end, it doesn't even matter... I can't fix it...

Very well done Mel and some fine contrasting and conflicting lines here. You might want to change "was a sane" to "was a bane" maybe? Cheers!
