Neptune
By Ladyhawke
For a day, let the tides roll
Let the sky and
oceans weep
Carry me on wings of blue glass
Breaking
shards from their watery deep

Composed and defined with a mystical charm. Stardust words that sweep over the mind and leave a lasting impression and imprint. Thank you for the visual. And I appreciate you just commenting on my works, there's no need for detail.
Thank you My Lady...

Sounds like the oceans will rest, while the waves cease, and the deep gives up her dead perhaps? How's that for a spin-off perhaps? Cheers!

Perhaps instead of blame, one should express gratitude, one of the finer poems the Block has let slip through its grasp. Many of mine never see the light of day, for good reason, as they're not remotely close to this. Very minimal, but that only enhances the imagery, Neptune would be pleased.
