I could play a game.
Maybe watch a movie.
Listen to music.
While I drink my coffee.

As long as I'm not outside.
The sun's just way to bright.
Today is a good day to hide.
I don't want to be out living life.

I have fought many battles.
Running hard day after day.
I have floored many throttles.
And I usually got away.

But now my bones are breaking.
My mind is losing interest.
Old injuries are aching.
I can't continue to pass lifes tests.

I made the mistake of not loving enough.
Now I face these trials alone.
But my emotions are still tough enough.
So I will face it like a stone.
