Sirens Lament (Tribute for Saintedmad)
By Leith Plunkett
She whispers poetry in a language
only felt………not heard
Where ink bleeds across the page
changing words to feelings
and sentences to heartbeats
She whispers love in a language
that knows no simple explanation
Charming readers with a sirens tongue
Mourning what comes from a lifetime of heartbeats
Words may one day be forgotten
as the pages turn to dust
and crumble through wrinkled fingers
but a gentle handprint forever felt
where it touched his heart

What a wonderful Thought, I love poems about poems and poets. The visuals were the best, and the flow is perfect, thank-you.
