Inciting Silence

By unspeakable truth

what does it take...

one word, one moment
one shift in stance, glare
an infinitesimal amount of force
yet just enough to fire up the momentum needed

unrestricted passageways
routed around, through
eventually leading one into the abysmal trenches
that only they could carve out with such precision

would be it be unfair to take a poll...
just to know where the blame was placed

your veil is disintegrating
baring eyes
displaying such truth, amid the lies
despising your days, all alone
sheltered within that (fake) fragile soul
your thoughts run to wicked
go ahead curse the night
meddling and festering upon another's right

the silence, now incited
so welcomed
and most of all invited...

You're an excellent natural poet. The words and phrases flow from one part of an idea to the next until the whole is revealed. I'm looking forward to reading more of your works. Scholar
