Her Blood

By LiP Stiches

Terracotta strands pull her down
golden limbs unhinge the fall
twisting tangled sheets
this soul hungers to sleep.

Those emerald gems enclose
curling palms
unwinding skin
her heart begins.......

This light radiates though
the sky is in awe
stars convincingly sway
she scares the clouds away.

Pulsating silence
this blood has a melody
rhythmically calling
the one in her dreams.
