just let me touch her
By SourInnocence
In the crowded room she stared at her, Her eyes screamed her desire.
She had touched her last night, in more ways than one.
She wanted to touch her now but she couldn’t reach her.
Even if she could the public would not approve.
They label love taboo if it’s different. And she wants to break every
rule in the world to be able to touch her again. But with tables and ignorance
between them she suffered the space of love. And all the while dreaming
of the smooth lips that had tasted her own, and the hands that gently soothed
each ache. Her heart said run to her, knock every table on its side and
let them call it taboo. Just let me touch her.
