Pharmaceutical Freedom

By LiP Stiches

Every pill
That this hand takes
The more it burns
As it slides
And slivers
Down this throat
Scorching away the pain
The voices begin to fade
And for once
In this miserable crazy life
You hear
.......Silence.

The tears dry up
And take forever
To come back...
These eyes smile
And rejoice with beauty!

These lips no longer curled
quivering endlessly
And cracked from the stress
They unfold and soften
For passionate kisses
That linger in this air!

No more nights worrying
Wondering why
Suffering in endless pain
Feeling like your "CRAZY"!
Knowing you need help
But no one knows how
Hating the ones you LOVE
And sleeping dreamless dreams.

Now you can stretch
uncoil
unhinge
open your wings
and be...

God, I've felt this so many times! Don't get lost in the despair. It'll drown you quickly.

I know how you feel, trust me.(Roughly of course) Cool name by the way. Last line ends the piece well too. ~ Ash
