I’ve always felt like I was either trying desperately not to drown in an endless ocean or walking on thin ice that was cracking under my feet and crumbling away just behind me. I’ve had those analogies with me since elementary so it made sense to finally turn it into a poem. Thank you for reading and commenting. "
