That self inflicted trap where you're treading water with a cinder block over your head while all of your problems and stresses gather around you and you never think to just drop that cinder block and swim back to shore, even when it's the most obvious solution. - "Wow this was something I think a lot of us feel about ourselves but aren't brave enough to say it out loud. It's super tough to acknowledge these things about oneself but it doesn't make it any easier to change the things about ourselves that we literally despise. Especially when the reactions to those things have an affect on others. Sadly written but nicely done and thank you for sharing."
