- "The blight of ever-diminishing cares, lent to the absence of any meaning, further demeaning a life surrendered to mecreodrity...Am I more of a menace than a man?
Is a man anymore, even what I am?
A beautiful, if not chilling work of how depression rots from the inside out... Thank you for sharing-- Favoriting this. "

- "Dammit friend! Damn damn double damn dammit. This gets me heated, irritated, indignant, regretful, sorrowed, and guilty for all of the above in so few line. Brilliant!
And kudos taking the higher road. "

- "Thank you. It is indeed one of few stanzas I wrote, that I am proud of. I am a bit worried, however, how well do "clothes" and "chose" actually rhyme, as they are not listed as rhymes or even near rhymes (English is my second language, so I often check with "rhymezone" website). PS: if you ever recycle it for a work of your own, please send me a dm so I can read it."

- "This is truly an amazing write and it's not so often I come across a word I've never seen, such as eldritch. Beautifully woven and a chilling read. Nice work!"

- "Great piece! Always working for Someday, maybe next Saturday...out of reach and also just so very almost there. We live in this moment as we strive toward the next, but its always important to remember this moment is the one we actually inhabit. Marcus Aurileus wrote something just like that and I had the delicious sense when I read it, my goodness, 2000 years removed from my own timeline and yet he gets me. I felt a similar feeling when I read this piece, although your metrr and flow were cooler than his. :) Ciao, T/S"

- "Really appreciate the flow of this work. It feels like you are standing im the middle of it all, watching everyone scramble getting they're stuff together to be in time for another week's work. Nice write! "

- "a wry smile on my face after reading this one, sir. Nicely observed and entirely true; also, i love the bite in this, and the well-constructed rhyme scheme.
the curl of dark delight. Much appreciated."

- "I don’t think there are any glaring flaws in this. Just a well thought out piece. The authors note really ties it all together as well. Great write."

- "That's a skill you can practice in the comment section as well. Which is why, when there were more poets here such as yourself, there was more to be said. I think. Thanks for being someone with something worth saying. I usually have a lot to say... But could probably spend more time sorting between what is and isn't worth saying. Rofl"

- "Thank you for your comment. I am afraid I need advice myself when it comes to raising numbers. The work I've published yesterday was read by two people in total, and neither of them felt the need to praise nor criticize it in any way, and while I have to confess that higher numbers make me happy, I am content writing for those two people - even if I dont know them, even if they didnt like it, even if they will be someone completely different next time. The way I see it, with every work I write, the chances of me improving and, or writing something worth something increase - I take solice in that. Still, truth be told, I've quit writing so many times I might as well be smoking, so what do I know."

- "Readers? People read your poetry? I didn't even think that was even a thing anymore. Big flex, king. Queen? ...diety. Yeah, that's the ticket. Write in :D"
