Oh Ye Mighty

By God Is In The Rain

Can you hear us oh ye mighty?
Hear the rattling of steel.
Hear the roaring of the wood - and
the waves against the keel.

Can you see us oh ye mighty?
See our guns and our swords.
See the wicked ever sail on -
and it is ye we sail towards!

(Chorus)
So load the cannons! Raise the flag!
For the captain's order's clear.
Today we fight for simple right;
of wee children to cheer.
And should tomorrow never come;
or a brother lose their brawn.
In life, in death, with war in breath -
we shall chase you ever on!

(Say;)
Can you smell it oh ye mighty?
Smell the gunpowder and blood.
Smell the fire and the brimstone -
from which ye can not sod.

Can you feel it oh ye mighty?
Feel how death is ever close?
Feel the fury ever scorching -
and the frost embrace ye bones.

(Chorus)
So load the cannons! Raise the flag!
For the captain's order's clear.
Today we fight for simple right;
of wee children to cheer.
And should tomorrow never come;
or a brother lose their brawn.
In life, in death, with war in breath -
we shall chase you ever on!

(So;)
Can you hear us oh ye mighty!
All together - in one call!
The dogs of hell are waiting;
ready to maim and burn and maul!

Can you see us oh ye mighty?
All together standing tall;
you've terrorized the seas - now
time had come for ye to fall!

(Chorus)
So load the cannons! Raise the flag!
For the captain's order's clear.
Today we fight for simple right;
of wee children to cheer.
And should tomorrow never come;
or a brother lose their brawn.
In life, in death, with war in breath -
we shall chase you ever on!
