  • "Funny, witty, whip smart and intelligent work that's an absolute joy to read from start to finish. There feels like there should be a sequel, somehow, some way and not necessarily about Mr Pencil although maybe he could play a bit part."

  • "This is different from any other poem on here. That alone makes me like it. It was crafty, brilliant, and humorous. All in all, excellent! I only wish I could bookmark this work. :D"

  • "What happened to learning from your own mistakes? That's just crazy, how are kids gonna learn any type of respect if all their parents do is through money at them and if that doesn't work pay money for someone else to sort it out. Besides how many kids actually listen to advise from anyone but their peers? Life should be learnt through experiences good and bad, not from other peoples opinions and psychobable"

  • "this was hillarious! one thinfg is for sure and you said it, "life is not supposed to be so damn serious". I know that parents these days however well-meaning they may be, our parents project themselves onto us. They idealize us, out of desire to `manufacture' a little carbon copywho will give back a pleasing and satisfying image of themselves. You are talking about something important. hopefully people will realize that these life coaches need a life coach of their own. so why are they coaching your children?"

  • "holy crap, thats just too much...I mean seriously, I was raised like this..." You do your homework, you keep your nose clean, you get a job, you pay for your own car, you pay for your own college...If you messed up you got thrown around a little bit." Parents are brought too much into this pycho bable bullshit about what oprah or dr phil says. I know two kids whos paretents teach them the dr phil way of life...they and thier children are both fucking idiots. Oh by the by lifecoach..wow...just wow."

  • "oh wowsers, what kind of parent does that? lol, hey those are my lollys! see this is why im glad my parents were raised with the 'hard work, determination, you fuck up you get fucked up, disapline your kids, don't walk into mymhouse pregnant, go read something you little scamp, hey lets go to the bookstore!, be fair to evryone based on nothing you can see from first glance' type of thinking. not one of those soft 'we dont disapline our kids because they wouldnt love us, lets buy him this because it does more and we wouldnt have to spend time with em, its quiet time go read war and peace' types of parents. ugh the next generation scares me. le yipe!"

  • "Really well crafted, the rhyme was smooth, but the strength of the tale was predominant which made the collective blend that much more impressive..shmicko."
