i hate to say that i'm the fool
that feeds the fuel to heat my chills
and chases my drink with bitter pills...
no more! i want to sleep at last!
i can wait for light- to break the fast!
so please dream if you be dreaming kind
close your eyes and take control
but if you don't be dreaming kind
god save your soul, god save your soul
the strongest trust leaves you unsafe
the fear of loss, that makes us cry
but i say "lets live all the way
until we die- until we die!"
so come with me if you know the way
hell, i don't care- we can just drive
it doesn't matter which direction you say
as long as we still feel alive
everyone's always asking why
but not everybody understands
i figure "i'll find out when i die!"
