The Wizzard
By darkness_descends
Enter the castle of eternal night,
Meet the wizzard who shines with light.
He puts on his show of "fun",
You'll have your fill before he's done.
Witness his illusion,
As it fills you with confusion.
Hours gone by, you're doing so well,
As you listen to his beguiling spell.
As you see the magic of the stars...
Far from done, far, so far.
All the fun now is gone,
The mood turns somber as you yawn.
Now the wizzard lost of light,
Fits right into the darkness of the starless night.
As you listen to the spells he keeps,
You begin to fall asleep.
Spell after spell,
You descend to hell.
When you awake,
You are his to take!
Now the wizzard is red and horned,
Just one more of his many forms.
Just another of his illusions.
All you want is to go home,
But you can't... Now you're his drone.

I love the way you write. From those I read from you, this poem is my favorite for sure. Very dark. Excellent. *Lilith*
