Tranquil Skys
By Mistress Morbid
Unicorns dancing in the moonlight
Their horns kissing the sky
The faeries sit on leaves of trees
Telling idle tales to one another
Everything shimmers in the
Light of the moon
Making everything look
Like a lost enchanting palace
The elvish nation in a deep slumber
Looks so peaceful
Oh how I wish I could join them
Suddenly white glistening
Snow flakes float through the air
Slowly descending to the ground
Then I set the snow globe down

Often have i dreamed of being taken away into the realms of the danaan, the faery folk...My dream is one in which we no longer need to dream of a perfect place for we are already there...I would go on but too much to say in such small space :)

Thank you, I had a snow globe in mind because its something you can touch, and then dream on about.

Vividly it flows from colorful fantasy to hardened reality. Like the sadness of waking from a dream that you wish had been real.
