Pills Clean the Womb

By XCryingMinotaurX

morning after hurting ugly insides turning heart into stone and wishing for changes in prior decisions
thoughts cant grasp past what ifs and consequences burned into memory along with steel knives and plastic tube filled blank walled rooms

phony smiling men in white robes plan parenthood and hand out pill like cures and assure worried minds that everything will be ok once the vomiting has subsided
even the bleeding will stop once the drugs kick in and kill any life inside the mother's womb

a womb once glowing and pure now tainted and dying with foreign ingredients that slowly regurgitate through the system and pours forth from the mouth like lies on a virgin tongue
all this pain to kill what might not be there caused by one mistake made in the deep dark night but kept secret from the sinner because opinions and choices would clash like the titans

silly girl, keep your legs closed, and perhaps praying to your fallen gods will keep your baby hidden from the eyes of the unseen...
