Knee Deep

By HeadpatSlut

Fangs and claws have left a hole inside my beating chest-

Now blinded, bleeding eyes are left to best attest-

Once a monument miraculous, is made a grave to rest-

Where maggots, termites, and roaches swarm and infest-

Heartless and haunted, a demented demon in the dark-

I'll dismember and disect you like the insect that you are-

Like a drill bit digging deep to surface up the root of this-

Drowned out in blood in venom your refuse in dismissed-

In the wake of utter torment and brutality-

I'm unearthing the darkest, and best of me-

Step it up and step to me, these enemies

These walking corpses all want to be the death of me,

Rising but the grave keeps calling back to me-

The Rage entomed my mind but kept my soul from breaking-

Spine of iron, steel heart, I still can't stop the shaking-

I'm back, and I will see my life reclaimed-

Breaking through waves of rain, becoming stronger for this pain-

This tomb of the insane, will fall beneath my reign,

As the castle falls the world will know my name
