Always and Forever

By Sean Mc Shane

From a Goddess of Love
from Her sweet dream

She gracefully stepped forth
into the Celestial Stream

Riding the gentle waves
searching for the Silver Soul

One to blend with Her own
to make everything whole

And there He was wandering
thru the worlds of the Outter Rim

He heard an angelic echo
" There, I need Him . . . "

He could feel Her essence
wondering what may occur

He shook the Known Realms
with " I need Her . . . "

She danced in from the Moon
He set sail from the Sun

Somewhere in between
Their Legend had begun

A powerful force flowing
on thru the Eternal Endevour

Growing stronger and stronger
Always and Forever . . .

It's not such a long time, really. Nice imagery Sean and the couplets gave just the right amount of roominess to let it sink-in and yet convey the feeling of space. BTW - nobody ever mentions the much neglected inner rim. Sweetly said laddie!

Love poetry is so pretty, and brings a bitter taste to my mouth. Good write, I hope you find happiness in that which brings me turmoil. 9/10.

Only the lucky chosen few get to experience "always and forever" I think. Your words describe these scenes so well I could actually envision it as I read, but I imagine that is as close as I'll ever get of experiencing it. Great write Sean, I enjoyed this piece.
