Wasting Away

By megaprime81

Demon:  Tread lightly, boy. Ha ha ha ha!

Life, slipping away
They want my soul
And they own me

Transforming into
Something bizarre
And I know not
Who I am
Anymore

Falling from heaven,
A beautiul angel
Reached out
And grabbed my hand

As I was dying,
She breathed
Life in my soul
But I fell down
Anyway

Rotting corpses
Call out to me now
And I seek
A new life

But the angel
Can't save me
As I fall further down
I'm wasting away

The spiraling feel... is heavy. but I like how you come across with the descending. Reaching out... grasping and not letting go.. peace...to you :)
