A Glimpse in the Mirror

By megaprime81

I caught a glimpse
Of the Reaper
In the mirror
The other day

He's been chasing me
From place to place
But i'm not ready
For my final destination

He can't get me,
I won't let him
Won't let him
Drag me down

When you fall down,
You gotta climb back up
If you're deep in a hole
Don't give up

The Reaper can't catch me
I'm too fast
Muscle beats bone
And that he can't grasp

Forget what they say
On tv and in movies
He's easy to outsmart
'Cause he doesn't
Have a heart.
