Nightfall

By megaprime81

When darkness shrouds
And surrounds the light
Erasing the day
The zombies come alive

Such a distance to travel
From one end to the other
The space we see
When the night flies in

Stars, sun, moonlight
Sun illuminates the moon
It's always darker in Winter
And lighter coming June

When the darkness envelopes
The last of the sun's rays
The time has come to have some fun
As night eclipses day
