Jayce & the Wheeled Warriors Episode 66: Reunion (Part 2)

By megaprime81

Audric rides with Jayce
Jayce: So many times we came so close...i just had a feeling that this time, it was going to happen...that we would find you, Father.
Audric: As your half of the root drew you to me, my half drew me to you.
Audric (Continues): My base is up ahead.
Jayce: Where, Father?--all I see are mountains.
Audric: That's what you're supposed to see. I've only been here four days, so please forgive the crudity of the base.
(Audric lifts up a remote of some sort, presses a button, and part of the mountain moves to reveal a cave turned itno a base. There is a lot of room inside, and it looks pretty good to have been in existence for less than four days.)
(The vehicles all pull in and stop.A metal table is in the center, with a machine coming down from the ceiling to be used for grafting the two root halves togheter)
(Once out of the vehicle, Flora runs to Audric, who has gotten out of Armed Force, and hugs him)
Flora: Audric, it's really you! I'm so happy to be able to touch you again. There was as imposter sent by the Monster Minds, but I could sense that something was wrong. But now it's all right; you're back for good!
Audric: I'm glad to see you again, my child. It's been too long.
Oon runs up.
Oon: Master Audric! I've missed serving you.
Audric: Thank you, Oon. I've missed you too. Have you served Jayce well in my absense?
Gillian: W'eve all been through a lot, Audric. But, yes, Oon has been loyal and faithful to Jayce, serving him well with his magic lance.
Audric smiles.
Herc steps up.
Herc: It's about time we finally found you. Now I can get paid, and with interest.
Audric: I'm afraid I don't know you. And what's this about getting paid?
Herc: I know who you are, Audric. I"ve been hauling these clowns around all of outer space, having to bail them out of trouble, and I haven't been paid one red cent.
Audric: I'm afraeid that,,, and all other matters...must wait. The root is the only thing that can destroy Saw Boss and His base of operations.
Jayce and Audric place both halves of the root on the table, in the center, touching end to end.
Herc:(grumbling)When am i ever gonna get paid?
But secretly, Herc cares more about the reunion with Audric than he is letting on; getting paid isn't the only thing he cares about.
Audric: Thsi won't take long. Such a simple operation to have taken so long to do...
(They start the machine, and in seconds, the root is once more whole.)
Dissolve from this scene and focus on Saw Boss.
Saw Boss: By the power of the black light, where is Jayce and, if he's with him, Audric?
(An image of the mountain and its interior base appears before Saw Boss's vision.)
Saw Biss: Now I know where the foolish boy is. He can't evade me.
Saw Boss (continued): By the power of the Black Light, I go!
(The Blck Light teleports Saw Boss)
Flash to: The mountain hideout.
Saw Boss's headquarters land directly overlaying the cave.
Audric: We did it just in time, Jayce. Now all we have to do is navigat this place to terminate Saw Boss. Just don't underestimate him, or we're done for.
Saw Boss watching as the black light shows him Jayce and Audric.
Saw Boss: I've been too long out of conflict; the last time was when Aufric escaped.  No I go forth, with the black light to aid me.
Saw Boss (continued): It's over for the Lightning League. Termination is fially in my hands. Ha ha ha ha.
