An Epitaph of Beauty

By A Velvet Tongue

She has now risen..

A Rose..

To pale the blush
of the other blooms...

To scorn the thorns
of her silvery moon

To lighten the lair
of darkness vast

Her scent so sweet
nectareous, ne'er pass

To sleep now,..rest
In beauteous bliss

Seeping marmelade
flows from deaths kiss

She has now risen

A Rose..
To pale the blush
of the other blooms...
