red drops

By SourInnocence

Cold mental bars
Fresh new scars
The knife still bloodstained on the floor
Feeling the sadistic happiness I’ve felt before
Warm red drops
On the table tops
I stagger to my room and lock the door
I lay there feeling the emptiness I’ve felt before
The blood pools
The living fools
Who struggle day to day
They wont matter I’m slipping away
Inner peace
Calms the beast
My wounds run dry
And now I die
My life was mine to forfeit
So go on and forget
Darkness now
Smile anyhow
All my pain now ceased
my suffering is gone I have found my peace.
