The Universe In Her Eyes

By Riven Waker

I swear I saw the universe in her eyes
That's where I saw myself
As a star system in her deep violent skies
I'll never forget her very last breath
When she whispered - "deja vu"
Thought I swear I saw the universe in her eyes

{She was a hummingbird of my minds' design
Forgotten line
Would she now sip of the fading violet gourde
As the phantom huntsmen bemused walk away}
