Worldslayer

By Riven Waker

I would murder the death angel personally
That she might live forever - my all desire
And as the reaper slips into slumber
The wide world is slain at long last

I would set all creation
Plummeting into the abyss
Should it bring - my all desire
To fulfillment

As I drown in bloody fear
The spiders all whisper and dance
And I grow faint with nausea
To my fingertips all becoming pleasure

Permanently insane I have grown
There is no mind left to dedicate
To life when the sole imperative
Is strength engaging the great war

Fallen with no hope left
I disavow humanism
And embrace the way of the beasts

This is the song of The Worldslayer
She dances now only for my eyes
Nevermore shall they take my breath
Nevermore shall I die

Another beautiful poem from another beautiful mind. Nice job, each line forming images in the reader's head. Love it, Ray, ~Melodies
