Word Junkie

By The Lipstick Factor

I gave up the coffee
the cigarettes, the booze
this one last addiction
I can't seem to loose

I can no longer control
this obsession I feed
putting words onto paper
now consumes me with need

This pen is my needle
a word junkie's curse
the paper is screaming
for it's injection of verse
