Hark, I Hear A Thought
By liquid_emotion
I sit in a perfect silence
Still hearing the tree frogs
A chirping of half cricket, half bird
I sit in a smothered darkness
Cut by a deep sparkling sky
Beauty of pureness undisturbed
And as I sit I ponder him
Never far from my thoughts
Or dwelled upon for hours
And as I sit I start to listen
To a heart that stutters questions
When what I seek are answers

Concise and beautiful. The last three lines are just so dead on and convey a feeling incredibly well. Great job.
