the shower song

By swing_the_hammer

water, rinse me clean
i am floating off downstream
and i can't see a single thing
cause i am blinded by the beam
of a light in the dark,
that i just can't ever touch-
well, the rock might be too heavy
but it never is too much

once i built a castle,
but i made it out of sand
so it washed out with the tide
and left me only with the land
but i still worked real hard
and i sure got some dirty hands!

so water, rinse me clean
i am floating off downstream
and i can't see a single thing
'cause i am blinded by the beam
of a light in the dark,
that i can't ever reach
yeah, the rock might be too heavy
but there's something underneath

water, rinse me clean
'cause i am floating off downstream
all this dirt don't mean a thing
yeah i am shiny underneath
