I'm just one of those folks that has to be drawn in, as shallow as that may sound... but seeing the P.S. pic, I came back. A cliche-revelation, perhaps, but not so cliche as you would imagine, as I think this would enlighten any reader. I too feel as if I have more room to fill now..."

"That's certainly one way to look at such things. This reminded me of someone in an insane asylum, hunched in fetal position in the corner, muttering to herself these things while picking apart her hair and face. The psych tech comes in with the syringe ':` "no fear", and then bam, the screen goes black."

Perhaps this captures (pun intended) the search inside all of us, a somewhat beguiled trek from the start, where whoever becomes that bird must relinquish something inherent, essential... do we not all take turns being birds, and being cages?"
