  • "The ending is a bit creepy, and I understand it completely. Honestly, being haunted by another is the worst kind of madness to suffer from. Great piece, I felt a good bit of the mixed emotions that are lingering behind: This is one of those pieces that are never fully finished, seems to me that there's more that you really wanted to write... Sometimes summing things up is best, pushes out those inner demons. -Curtseys "

  • "Thank you for still posting once in a while. That third stanza is one of the most perfectly stripped-down poetic truths I've read in a very long time. It's like one of Rodin's hand sculptures, real as flesh but bite-sharp to the touch. Wonderful."

  • "This is one of the best poems I have read in a while. Had me from the beginning to the very end. So erotic, yet...well...biblical. An interesting and effective blending of the two. Nice job!"

  • "the complications of sex and expectation, seen through a kaleidoscope of biblical allegory, the need for a saviour and master to guide the way when neither of you are really out of the lost and found box... trying to find guidance in another person, trying to absorb someone else's truth. this gave me a lot to think about! thank you."

  • "Where do you come from?! This is so different. Most of your writing is. Far from what I'm used to. I love the way your mind works. This one took a while to sink in but shit... brilliant. "

  • "I understand this to mean that the bad day is referring to your personal/physical/mental strain rather than the writing of the poem. Your pain and strain had taken over and all came together to the point of intensity that it sang out and directed this rhyme to speak for it because it was of such strength to be able to do so and make itself heard. • "This is such a heavy write and I'm not sure that I understand it. I'm terrified to comment on it. One part I am confident about and connect with are the final three lines... I will be back here for a few more reads...."

  • "An interesting recurring theme of overcoming the distance and over familiarity that grows with time in life long partnerships. The ability to renew.... and feel the thrill of uniting as strangers once again. "

The egg growing, bars of teeth constricting, black claw reaching.... all transforming and performing on their own before me. Pulling me deeply into their hypnosis. Just that one layer of this poem was majick in itself. I'm in awe."

  • "I like the way you live and die in your words. Calculating response for words and sighs that like the pain. You know just what to say. You like being ugly. Bad noise is sometimes the greatest love song."

  • "This is fucking beautiful! I just love what the dagger and collar symbolise. And the illusions we have about those we have illusions of loving... you've left me speechless. Bookmarking! ☆ I also just really appreciate the simple approach you took with your language use. It makes greater impact of what you are saying. I just can't give enough praise for this. "
