Waiting for the light

I’m blinded
Laid bare
The truth hurts
And my wounds still bleed
Can’t you see I’m dying
Decaying in front of you
Suffocating in silences
Sick from all the people
The constant chatter
Rattling in my brain
Scarred for life
I’ll forever hide
I wish I could crawl
Find a cave for a home
Where I can be left alone
To drown in my own self petty
Self-worry, self-destruction
Self-loathing,
Lonesome,
Lonely
Take a breath
For I can’t breathe
I’m lost within the darkness of me
