Confused

Tears roll down my cheek falling to a blood soaked grown
Noisily they hit but my ears hear not a sound
I stare in all directions to see whom I can see
But soon I realize the only one here is me
So I sink deeper into my self becoming meditated
My state of consciousness in this form is often debated
I sit and wonder am I crazy or am I just insane
Or am I hurting or am I just in a lot of pain
If I should be murdered or should I be slain
Is this a down pour or just some falling rain
I wonder if I can hold on or just maintain
Damn am I hallucinating or just seeing things again
Well is this the conclusion or maybe just the end
