the girl in the musicbox.
By i tremble
saturnine melodies
from a child's
musicbox
shimmer
like stars
above the
silence
as she dances,
in circles,
on her toes.
close the box
and she'll drop
like a doll,
pale pinafore
falling like
snow.
she'll hide in
the darkness
till you let in
the light
and force her
to dance
to a desolate
tune.

This was beautiful. Feeling trapped inside something only for others, like their toy to play with, to listen to. Wonderful. You must upgrade or we will all haunt you!! :)
