Lost...
Unloved...
For fear she may not love back
She gets no sense for the world
Nor understanding
As she spreads her wings
The chains pull her feet down
Ankles broken
She cries
Waits to heal...
Another try
Broken
Smiles, hopes crushed once again
Waits for a better day
