the gray

By molock

the gray between black
and white,
desires of the heart,
demons inside?
broken promises,
endless lies.
battle of flesh and
spirit?
with slight of hand,
conquer and divide.
the honest answer is,
...there's more to this
than meets the eye.

eyes of blindness,
unable to see....
a broken promise
can betray the meek.
drowning and lifeless,
still waters run deep.
in a time of
indecisiveness,
the truth can set
you free...
